AnEric Medical Centre is a community-driven nonprofit hospital project in Nkawkaw, Ghana, dedicated to providing free and affordable healthcare services. Challenge:

Nkawkaw and surrounding communities face serious healthcare access issues. Clinics are overcrowded, under-resourced, or unreachable for many. Preventable conditions escalate into emergencies. Chronic illnesses go unmanaged. Women and children suffer from lack of maternity and pediatric services. The current system fails the most vulnerable.

Solution:

AnEric Medical Centre will change this. The 60-bed nonprofit hospital will:

Provide free screenings for early detection (BP, sugar, cancer)

Offer affordable chronic disease care

Deliver sliding scale emergency and specialist treatment

Host mobile outreach clinics to reach rural communities

Train local health champions for long-term sustainability

All services will be community-centred, nonprofit, and accessible.
