As many of you know, Mr. Richard Booth, Al-Noor Academy’s previous English teacher recently passed away. Mr. Booth took his Shahadah less than a year after joining Al-Noor Academy in 2011. His love for the students and his dedication to the school had a huge impact on the ANA community and the Muslim community at large. After his retirement in 2017, he continued to work with young journalists at ANA on the infamous school newspaper, The Lighthouse. Despite his recent illness, he was always a source of light to everyone around him.
The Student Council at Al-Noor Academy would like to give back to Mr. Booth in hopes of repaying the kindness, love, and life that Mr. Booth brought to our community.
Please help us raise funds to build a well in his name. The funds raised will go directly to this cause
We were Mr. Booth’s Muslim family in this world and it is the least we can do to be there for him in the next.
