My name is Nzayisenga Ismael, wi From a young age, I witnessed how difficult life can become when communities lack access to resources, education support, and sustainable ways of providing food.

These experiences planted a dream in my heart of having solution that do not only help me, but also create hope for children, families, and communities around me.

Today, I am a student at Extreme High School, currently in my fourth year of high school, and I am the Director of Green Earth Mission Uganda.

When I joined Extreme High School, I discovered my passion for practical solutions, environmental conservation, agriculture, and helping vulnerable children.

Through my dedication, I was first trusted to lead the school’s Environment Conservation Club. Later, I was given responsibility for supporting disadvantaged children through the search for scholastic materials. In 2025, I was entrusted to lead the Farms in Schools Initiative, a project focused on connecting agriculture with education and empowering young people with farming skills.

I lead Green Earth Mission Uganda, an initiative built around environmental protection, sustainable agriculture, community development, and creating opportunities for young people.

About Green Earth Mission Uganda

Green Earth Mission Uganda is a youth-led environmental and agricultural initiative working to create a future where communities can fight hunger, protect nature, and develop sustainable livelihoods.

Our mission is to empower schools and communities through:

1.Sustainable and regenerative farming

2. Tree planting and environmental restoration

3. Practical agricultural education for young people

4. Food production to support schools and vulnerable communities

5. Creating opportunities through skills development

The Dream We Need Your Help To Achieve

Acquiring our own piece of land.

Currently, we are using borrowed/rented land, and we are facing challenges because we do not have permanent ownership.

We also have remaining debts which is around (£503.32) connected to the land we are currently using.

This land will allow us to:

1. Establish a sustainable demonstration farm for schools and communities

2. Grow vegetables and crops to help provide food for students and vulnerable families

3. Plant fruit trees for future generations

4. Expand environmental conservation activities

5. Train young people in agriculture and practical skills

6. Create a place where communities can learn, grow, and become more independent
