I’m running the Putney and Fulham Half Marathon on Sunday 5th April to raise money to benefit www.Globalhopeconnections.org, any donation will help make an impact to the lives of the wonderful children at the schools we support in Kenya and Myanmar. Specifically, I am fundraising to build a new kitchen for Dominion Hope Academy school in Kenya. The current kitchen is not adequate to cater for the now 185 children attending the school. It would be fantastic to enable a kitchen area which has better cooking facilities and does not fill with smoke from the small ground level jiko fires currently used. Your donation will help ensure nutritious food is cooked daily in a safer and more sustainable way.
