Your support will help our growing mission parish in Bergen to create a sacred space that expresses the beauty of worship in the Orthodox tradition while reflecting the cultural context in which we find ourselves. Building on traditional Norwegian art and church architecture we aim to incorporate familiar, timeless elements to emphasize that God has drawn near also in this place and in this time. Your donation will go towards the making of an iconostasis, liturgical furnishings, general upgrades of the space, as well as improving the acoustics and the light conditions. The carving and building of the icon screen and the painting of the icons will all be done using natural materials and traditional techniques. Please consider donating today!
