Help Bill Ramsey get in and out of our home safely
Hi friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
My husband, Bill Ramsey, needs your help.
As many of you know, Bill was in the hospital, for over 20 days. He’s fighting hard every day, hoping to get back on his feet and back to the life he loves. We are working hard building Bill's strength up.
To do that safely, we need to build a wheelchair ramp so Bill can get in and out of the house when he goes to doctor appointments and life.
If you know Bill, you know how much music has meant to him — and how often he’s used it to lift others up. A talented guitarist for more than 60 years, Bill has played at countless charity events, benefit concerts, and community fundraisers, always happy to give his time and talent.
Some of the causes and organizations he’s supported include:
Special Olympics
Toys for Tots
Easter Seals
Children’s Hospital (several visits)
The Little Rock Zoo
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure (12 years)
Riverfest
Keep Arkansas Beautiful
Arkansas State Fair
Arkansas State Police (Buddy Bears)
Little Rock and North Little Rock Police Departments
Friendship Camp
Arkansas Industrial Development Commission
And many more — including local fundraisers for fellow musicians in need.
He always showed up with a smile, a generous heart, and one of his favorite guitars, simply happy to help however he could.
Now, I’m asking for a little help on his behalf.
If you’re able to donate, no amount is too small. Every bit will help us build the ramp. If you can’t give, sharing this or sending good thoughts our way means the world, too.
He won’t ask for help — but I will.
Please help me keep my Ram-Jet safe and able to get into and out of our home.
With love and deep gratitude,
Kim Ramsey
His lifelong groupie, wife, and biggest fan ❤️
