BUILD A NEW SCHOOL FOR 160 CHILDREN IN TANZANIA

Hi everyone, my name is Cougar Lutze. 

In June, I'll be heading to Tanzania to volunteer at Satino, a daycare that provides education and care for children aged 3-6. I'll be volunteering there for two months, and I can't wait to make a difference in any way I can for these children and their wider community.

This is a decision I have made to inspire change in my own life as well as in the lives of those connected to me. I wish to use this experience to shed light on those around the world less fortunate and create a better understanding of how easy it can be to have a significant impact on someone's life; I am asking for your support

Satino is a really special place in Arusha, Tanzania. It provides a safe and nurturing environment for 160 children who would not otherwise have access to early childhood education. Satino helps provide these children with everything they need for their growth and development, setting them up for greater success and opportunities in their future.

During my stay, I will be involved in their academic, health, and physical education; doing my best to provide them with the assistance they need in order to find their footing in the world.

Before I go, I'm running the Brisbane Marathon on June 4th to help raise funds for Satino’s continued development. I'm setting myself a big challenge; pushing myself to run the 42.2 kilometres in under 3 and a half hours. This challenge underlines my commitment to the children at Satino and their cause.
