For over 20 years, the Spiritist Society of Long Island has been a humble and loving home for our community. We are not a grand, impersonal institution; we are a small, quiet sanctuary built with the kindness and generosity of people like you. This is a place where every person is welcomed with open arms, where we share wisdom, find solace, and walk a path toward spiritual enlightenment.

We serve our community in many ways. Our weekly group studies, led by the teachings of Allan Kardec and Francisco (Chico) Candido Xavier, are a beacon of light, offering a space for shared learning and reflection. We offer free private, one-on-one sessions for fraternal assistance and suicide prevention, providing crucial support and guidance to those facing life's toughest challenges. In these moments, we offer spiritual energy through healing passes and magnetized water, a simple practice that allows people to take good energy home with them throughout the week. Our purpose is to be a source of true love and support for anyone who needs it.

Today, we have a simple but profound need: to build a much-needed bathroom.

The truth is, a new bathroom is essential for the comfort and privacy of everyone who comes to us, especially those who come from longer distances. We want our space to be a place of dignity and ease, where every visitor feels completely cared for.

The total cost to build this new bathroom is $10,000. Our kind-hearted founder, Dulce Cornwell, is so dedicated to our mission that she has already committed to paying for half of the total cost, contributing $5,000 out of her own pocket. We are reaching out to you to help us raise the remaining $5,000.
