I’m raising funds to complete my Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Organization Leadership because I believe that education is not just about degrees—it’s about creating opportunities, breaking barriers, and empowering others. As a high school counselor, I work tirelessly to help students recognize their own potential, build on their strengths, and develop crucial life skills like self-awareness, time management, communication, and resilience. My goal with this Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership is to deepen my ability to guide my students, my colleagues, and underserved communities toward success.

Less than 1% of Hispanic women hold a doctoral degree, and I’m determined to be part of that small, but growing, group of trailblazers. My mission is to challenge the narrative that education leads only to debt, instead showing how it can be a gateway to opportunities and a life filled with purpose and impact. Many people do not pursue higher education due to the financial burden, but I believe I have the skill set to make powerful impacts in my community, I just need financial support.
