Help us raise money to build a fence for Julie to help her out after her accident! On November 6th Julie fainted which resulted in three fractures in her C2 vertabrae. She was put in a halo and will remain in the halo for three months in order to give her broken neck time to heal. A halo is a device used to stabilize the spine in the neck area after an injury like Julie's, which is a great treatment option, but has several limitations. One of the things that Julie will not be able to do during this time is walk her dog Layla. For those who know Layla, she is a sweet ball of energy! It would be immensely helpful for Julie to have a fenced in backyard so she can keep Layla with her while she heals without being reliant on others for dog walks several times a day.
