Welcome, my name is Tim Gelhard.
I am a 21yo from The Netherlands with a passion to help people. I fully worked out a design for a new social media app that will replace Instagram, It will be a social media app as it supposed to be like, social media apps of today are harvesting data, manipulating people, creating insecurity and negative emotions. That's why I am going to create the right version and let it be the best thing society can use, social media should be a tool, it should help you, not waste your time and energy. This app will not spend 24/7 thinking about how to make it more addictive.
The reason that I am creating this app is because:
- It shouldn't cost money to meet other people.
- We need each other more then ever.
- Society is making fewer friends.
- People are not communicating properly anymore.
- I would use this app a lot myself.
I believe with just a bit of money, I can hire a team of app developers and designers to make this very promising app.
This app will make people go outside again, meet new people, create real memories, share dreams and communicate normally again.
This mission/passion comes from a lack of personal social interactions. That's why I believe to be the right person to create this.
Though I am terrified of the idea sharing this with the wrong people. That's why I need Simon Squibb and normal people to help me save society.
