Hi everyone!! At the end of June, I’m going to San Francisco to get gender-affirming surgery. Although top surgery is not required to be trans, reducing the size of my chest will allow my non-binary self to feel more comfortable in my rather feminine body. This surgery is necessary for my physical and mental health, and I’m excited.

 

I’ve been doing my best to pay for the surgery, as I don’t want to burden anyone. However, as a graduate student in California, financial stress is constant. This is why I’m fundraising to cover costs associated with the surgery, medication, travel, and other relevant expenses (e.g., loose clothing for recovery, extra required medical fees).

 

Every dollar helps, but I completely understand if you cannot or do not want to pitch in. Spreading the word is also helpful. Thank you for thinking of me, regardless. Much love, y’all!!
