For almost a decade, Bughouse Theater has been serving the community as a space for performers to do what inspires them. We are a non-profit organization devoted to fostering an appreciation of the arts, the artistic growth of our members, and facilitating the collaboration of diverse artists across all media and disciplines. We’ve brought the arts to schools and community organizations. We have created a place where a blend of artists, performers, and comedians can call home.

 

 

Bughouse Theater has struggled over the course of the pandemic. We only just reopened our doors in the summer of 2021 with a limited run of shows. As the rates of cases have risen, we've had to make sacrifices and work even harder to provide a safe space for performers, but those challenges make it a struggle to make ends meet.

 

 

We're asking for your support now in anticipation of the Bughouse Rentelethon on January 30th. This Twitch-streamed event will showcase performances from the comedic talent supported by our theater. Prior to and during this extravaganza, our goal is to raise $5,000. With your donations, we can continue forging ahead in our artistic mission while taking care of the theater's basic needs.
