Bug Hyde, Beloved Son, Husband, Brother & Coach

In honor of our very much loved Bug Hyde, this GoFundMe account is being set up to help Bug's family with the expenses of the memorial and final arrangements. As I write this I'm, along with all of you, still thinking this is not real. It wasn't all that long ago that we joined the Hyde Family in honoring Bug's Father's, Mike Hyde's, memory when he passed away from a short battle with cancer. Bug, by his Dad's side, has touched and positively influenced countless numbers of youths as he pursued his love of coaching football. Bug's love for football began when he was 6 years old playing Columbia Basin Youth Football (CBYF) for Pasco. Captain of his team even then, he would march out to the center of the field with his long curly red mullet flowing out the back of his helmet - a vision we all remember when we think of Bug. A lifetime Burbank resident, Bug played one season as QB with CBYF Pasco before finding his forever spot as center. Bug played youth football through eighth grade and then HS football for Columbia High School. Bug started his coaching career for youth football when he was a HS freshman, and, with his Dad, coached CBYF with Pasco, Kennewick, and Hanford teams as well as the Columbia Basin 7-on-7 Aftershock where their yells and cheers through the coaching of hundreds of players took them throughout the western US. Bug also worked at New Tradition Homes since his HS graduation as did his Father until his untimely passing. Bug is survived by his Mother, Mindy, siblings Casey, Easton, and Rebel, Grandparents Lynn and Vicky Wise, and his wife, Madison. Bug will FOREVER be remembered for his fiery personality, quick wit, and bright smile that lit up the field and the world. Your generosity helps relieve the Hyde Family of the financial burdens during this very difficult time. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. Gone way too soon. I know our collective hearts are breaking for the family for how much loss they've experienced in such a short period of time. Memorial plans are in development and will be shared once finalized.
