Buffalo Arts Academy Mini Print Shop
Donation protected
Hi, I am Liz Larrabee. I teach art at Buffalo Academy for Visual & Performing Arts in Buffalo, New York. My students love silkscreen printing and one of my former art students, Joe Piehler, set up a successful screen printing business, Positive Approach. During a return visit to Arts Academy, Joe wanted to help the school set up a small but professional grade small print shop.
With his 13 years in the printing business he made suggestions for a top notch print shop for my classroom. He is donating equipment, screens, supplies and his time and expertise. But we are in need of some equipment to make things fully operational.
The money raised will help purchase a 8-color press, a flash dryer, an exposure unit and washout booth.
This project is to benefit the students of Buffalo Academy for Visual & Performing Arts allow them access to professional equipment to inspire them to create and be the next generation of printmakers and artists in Buffalo and beyond.
Thank you for your generosity and your commitment to the arts.
