New Boston Wrestling Club

New Boston Wrestling Club is a newly formed youth wrestling program in New Boston, MI.  For the past 7 years prior to this newly formed club we put an extremely competitive youth wrestling program together in our wonderful town.  In that short time we have established ourselves as a solid wrestling community with significant potential to enhance the lives of many more future athletes to come.  

 

 

 Over the last 2 wrestling seasons our kids and parents set out to raise enough money to purchase new wresting mats for our room.  Having met our goal that our families and coaches set out for we were excited to see we were within our budget to provide our program with the right tools to allow our program to continue growing within our community. 

 

Due to some extremely unfortunate and devastating events the new mats we are so desparetely in need of were unable to be purchased leaving our families with a tough decision.  Walk away and go wrestle in different communities wrestling clubs or start back over from scratch.  While it was a tough decision, we are wrestlers and tough decisions today can lead to great opportunities tomorrow. 

 

 With that we formed a registered nonprofit organization in the State of Michigan and gained approval from the IRS to operate as a 501 c3 tax exempt entity.  The new mats our program needs costs just over $17,000.  Our group recently raised $9,000 from the generous support of some of our local businesses and families put towards the purchase of the mats. 

 

 Every individual that helps run our new organization does so on a volunteer basis.  100% of the proceeds raised from here will go towards the purchase of the new mats which we are trying to purchase by January 1st.

 

 

Every dollar helps and will make a huge difference in the lives of over 50 young athletes in our town.  Thank you so much for your consideration.
