Budie needs help, he still has a bullet in him….

my Dogs name is Budie, he is roughly 7 years old, maybe 8. Ill never really know how old he is for certain be I got him from a shelter and they guess his age as well. BUT I do know this much and you would too if you ever got the chance to meet ole Budz; this ain’t just any old dog! This man is an old soul.

A couple of weeks ago on the 12th of June Budie went missing and everyday since that day I searched for him. And I know he was searching for me.

Finally early this morning the Houston Humane society left me a voicemail saying that they had a dog they believed it be mine and to contact them asap.

The lady quickly informed me that he didn’t have much use of his back legs and that when they did x rays to see what was broken they found a bullet was stuck in him as well.

Somenody shot body in his rear end pretty much paralyzing him and left him for dead on the side of the road!! People can be so freaking evil it is unreal.

He didn’t like cats so if he attacked your cat then maybe I could understand ever pulling a gun out but why just pretty much paralyze him and leave him to suffer.

he is most likely going to have to amputate his back right leg and his tail or just his tail. He also has a slight infection in his wound that makes him an easy target for becoming septic. I’m just trying to come up with enough to get the ball rolling on whatever treatments he need and therapies afterwards. Please if you could contribute even the smallest amount Budie and I would forever be very grateful!!

I am searching for an understanding emergency vet that is willing to work out a payment plan with very little down. But at the same time he is hurting now, I’ve never heard this dog cry in all our years of being right beside each other and I heard him cry for the first time today….I’m not going to allow him to keep suffering. I know there isn’t much time but I won’t give up on him now!!!!

the nurses said he has a good chance of survival but needs services immediately.He needs your help and he needs it now so please again even the smallest amount would be An amazing help!! Thank you
