He is doing very well at Club K9 and is headed in the right direction . He has been linked to a forever family and will live his life in happiness and love. (Once his training is over at MT.Charleston )

Hello friends and family,

I want to share this amazing journey of a stray dog named "BUDDY".

On May 9th 2023, our friend texted us and said that a stray dog was at his restaurnat and would not leave. He sent us a picture and called animal control; but fed him and gave water.

When i saw Buddy's picutre for the first time, i was heartbroken and sad. He looked so young, innocent and longing for some love.

My friend Jay arrived shortly and after a few moments with this loveable dog called him BUDDY. He was so happy to be around people that showed some affection.

At this point we made a promise that we would do whatever it took to get Buddy help and eventually back to full health.

We took him to our vet and got him his first bath, a full check up and amazingly he came back with a clean bill of health. We knew he was a fighter.

A radiograph was done and the Vet was concerned that Buddy had been eating from the ground which included several rocks that was causing immense pain. So surgery was performed and all rocks removed.

He came out like a champ from surgery and also received all his vaccines and neutered.

He was been rehabbing at my home and here i would like to thank my wife Yen for being so patient as it was not easy. I had to remind myself on several ocassions about his situation and where he came from.

Buddy had special prescribed food and continous medicaiton for two weeks; however he came out like a champ and recovered fully from all his wounds physically.

However, we knew he needed training in order to find a good home eventually. The universe heard my paryers and CLUB K9 gracioulsy accepted him after their initial evaluation of BUDDY.

I am so happy to announce that BUDDY will be going through their 8 week in house boarding & training and will come out as a fully certified trained dog.

This journey would not have been possible without the support of friends that cared enough and felt like we did, when they met BUDDY.

BUDDY is so friendly , loveable and will do great in any family that he is eventually placed with.

So i thank you in advance for being a part of BUDDY'S recovery and eventually know that you had a part in saving his great dogs life. He's a fighter and just needed a chance in life-you helped giving him that life. THANK YOU

Every penny raised will go to buddys traning at CLUB K9 who was gracious enough to give us a great price.
