Buddy got very sick

We rescued an abandoned kitten to nurse him back to health and find a good home, and he was happy and healthy and growing stronger every day.

Then in just a few hours he went from too much to handle to barely hanging onto life when he got pneumonia. He's now in a room somewhere trying to breathe and fight off the infection.

We are faced with a very big bill we can't afford right now, somewhere between $1,800 and $2,400. Please, anything helps. We don't want to have to do this, but we can't just let him die. Please help us do everything we can for him.
