Hi everyone,

As many of you know, our gorgeous, talented, sensitive and creative piano-playing son, Bryn, was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in July last year, just a couple of weeks after his sixteenth birthday. It’s been a long, tough road for him, with daily seizures, freezes, tics and spasms preventing him from having anything close to a normal life - but he’s still got a lot of life in him and a lot of music left to play.

This GoFundMe, called ‘Bucks for Bryn’, is our heartfelt call-out to anyone who might like to throw a dollar or two our way to help with the huge costs of medical bills (because, as musos ourselves, of course we don’t have health insurance). Yep, we’re doing it tough, but not as tough as Bryn, and we’ll do everything we can to help him get his life back, his mobility back, and on stage playing the blues, jazz, funk and soul this awesome kid fell in love with a long time ago.

We love our kid, we believe in him, and every single dollar you might throw our way will him get the care he needs.

’Bucks for Bryn’ is our pledge of love that we will do everything we can for our son - including this. So if you’d like to help out, we will most gratefully accept any help that comes our way, including yours.
