Help with Buckley’s Dental Surgery

2024-05-30 Update: later today I have an appointment for a phone consult with the dental specialist at Buckley’s vet. 2024-05-29 Update: Incredibly, 2 days after I asked for your help we have 50% of the cost of Buckley’s surgery estimate. I am now able to call the vet and book Buckley’s pre-surgery appointment and from there his surgery. Please keep sharing and help if you can. It means the world to Buckley and me.

2024-05-28 Update: Asking for help is hard. Asking for financial help is even harder. I am so glad I asked. In less than 2 days you have helped Buckley get to 25% of our goal! I am blessed and lucky to know such kind wonderful people. When we get to 50% I will be able to put a down payment on his surgery and get a date for it. Please keep sharing. Hi everyone! Anyone who knows me knows that my dog Buckley is my whole world. I do all the things right by him; food, exercise, regular vet visits, I even have pet insurance. But sometimes it’s not enough. Buckley did not win the genetic lottery when it comes to his teeth. Even with regular brushing and dental chews, he’s had a hard go.

So far at 7 years old he’s had 2 major dental surgeries and now he needs another.

I know everyone is struggling to make ends meet these days, myself included.

Recently Buckley has been suffering oral pain and a quote from the vet for this surgery is over $3000 dollars. My pet insurance will cover $500. I’ve done my best to find the money but it’s just not there.

Previous surgeries have been more than quoted, but $3000 would help Buckley and me a lot.

Please help if you can and if by some miracle his surgery is less than $3000 any remaining money will be donated to The Farley Fund to help other people keep their pets healthy.
