It is with deepest sadness I need to share that my brave and strong and loving husband has passed away at the end of September. He didn’t even make it the two weeks. He went peacefully in his sleep.

If you would like to still donate to this fund, I will be using it to pay for his Cremation and Memorial Services. I can’t believe how much they charge the grieving to honor their beloved one!! The thousands of dollars is unthinkable!!!

——————————————————————-Update: Well Folks, We are in the final days! They think he has about 2 weeks left to live. His liver, kidneys, spleen are all shutting down. 

We got to go to Europe twice and Disneyland once. The trips were awesome !! We took so many pictures!! Thank you all for your generous support!!

This link is still active because now we have the medical bills to deal with and daily living expenses. Hospice House is going to cost $250.00 a day. I’m not sure how many days he will be there.

I took a leave of absence from my job to stay with and care for Jeff. If you see fit to donate (or donate again) it will be greatly appreciated!!

My husband Jeffrey (father of two) just got diagnosed with liver cancer on 5/3/23.

• He had been on the liver transplant list, and is being permanently removed now due to his cancer diagnosis.

• Here is what I know at this time:

○ This cancer is aggressive and inoperable

○ They cannot do chemo or radiation due to his autoimmune disease

○ He is also now anemic and has been receiving blood transfusions

○ His spleen & kidneys are acting up

○ Doctors are giving him approximately 6 months to 1 year to live

• Although Jeff has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, we pray Jeff can fight and win his war against cancer

• We want to help make Jeff’s “bucket list” come true and create one final good memory for he and his wife. (The kids aren’t old enough to go on the trip.)

• Jeff would like to take his wife on one final 25th Anniversary trip- a couple of years early.

• They are setting a fundraising goal of $15,000.00 that will cover-

○ A Viking River Cruise to Europe

○ Airfare

○ Excursions

○ Food and Drinks

○ Spending Money

○ Travel Insurance

• Donations will go directly to Jeff and his wife to make one final good memory. Extra funds will be used to visit family in California and take kids to Disneyland.

• For those of you who don’t know Jeff-

○ Loves God and came to trust God as His Savior after reading the first Left Behind book. Having met him in 8th grade, I’ve always known Jeff to be a brilliant, mathematician who is a computer nerd, Star Wars and Sci-fi loving guy. He has made a wonderful father who passionately loves his family, plays video games with his kids and can cheer you up with his unique humor and personality even on the worst of days. His goal has always been to work very hard to provide for his family and give us a better life than he had growing up.
