Bucket List Fairy Bald Mother

You know me.  I'm not sure anyone ever called me nice.  Brilliant maybe, but not nice.  Okay, I'm kidding.  Well, my Uncle Mike is nice.  He is one of the original nice guys.

Uncle Mike is in trouble and it is far from trivial and, unfortunately, there isn't anything I can say to make his troubles go away.  Mike has been bravely fighting cancer for several years.  However, the doctors are now telling him he has stage IV melanoma that has spread to his bones and is inoperable.  This horrible disease might have also spread to his brain.  True to his character, he has faced this devastating news with courage and dignity.

I want to do something for Mike.  He has a bucket list.  And come hell or high water, I am going to help him scratch two items off his list.  But I am asking for help.   Mike's medical bills have added up, and, besides, I want to do this for him.  He deserves it.

Mike wants to see Yellowstone National Park, and he wants to see the play in San Francisco in which his son-in-law is acting.  Seems reasonable to me.

If you can find it in your heart to help, would you please dontate what you can.  I will keep you updated on the money collected.  If we get to the $7,500 mark, I promise to SHAVE MY HEAD in honor of Uncle Mike.  I will post pictures.  And Mike will be providing updates on his trip out west.

Miracles do happen so even if you can't send money,  please keep Uncle Mike and Aunt Nancy in your prayers.   They both have a tremendous challenge in front of them.  Their trip will not lessen the challenge, but it will bring a smile to their faces and that alone is worth our efforts to make Yellowstone and San Francisco a reality for Uncle Mike.
