Hi my name is Kelly O'Donoghue and I am fundraising on behalf of my mam.

Here is a bit of backstory.

Hi my name is Maz O'Donoghue, I came here to la Romana in Spain 5 years ago with one little dog called Alfie. He is a rescue dog from Ennis. Shortly after, a podenko, which is a hunting dog over, here strolled onto my property and she looked like she just had a litter of puppies. About a week later, I found her conjoined let's say with the most beautiful collie mastin from up the hill. The next thing I knew she had 10 puppies in my shed, and 2 weeks later she wasn't able to feed them, so I had to take over the three hourly feeds and hold a job down.

It was tough but I did it, and eventually I found homes for six because one died and I ended up with three, Blue, Laura and Bubbles they've all had their injections, they've all been chipped and Laura and the mom have been sterilized, but unfortunately Bubbles has torn his ligament on the back of his leg and he needs an operation and it's happening on Wednesday. It's costing me over 4,500 Euros which I don't have, so I've had to take out finance. I only earn just over €8.50 an hour and I only probably gross about 1k a month, so anything that anybody can put in the pot will make a huge huge difference.

I have a job it doesn't pay very well, the hours are long and hard. I'm a carer for the elderly I just need a little bit of help and the charities over here are a chocker block with stray dogs and they can't help me either, so if you can find it in your hearts or in your pockets I'd be gratefully appreciative, thank you so much for for taking the time to read this far.
