Charles Ashton Bradley Jr., who goes by "Bubba," has been with McCrary's plumbing, Inc for 4 years. He’s a professional and expert Plumber/Repipe Specialist who delivers amazing work. Bradley's father, Charles Bradley Sr., is a chief with the Sheriff's Office.
On May 5th 2016, at about 5 p.m. Bubba was shot multiple times outside a Kangaroo gas station in St. Johns County following an alleged road rage incident. Investigators said some of the shots were fired after Bradley Jr. went to the ground.
Bradley Jr. was airlifted to the hospital Thursday night and has undergone surgery, with several more to come.
Thanks to surveillance video, Bubba's shooter has been caught and detained. Marveno Dwayne Scriven, 29, was arrested late Thursday night on charges of attempted murder and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, according to St. Johns County jail records.
While justice was swift, Bubba still faces a long road of recovery ahead. Your donation is truly appreciated. You will help to relieve the emotional stress and financial strain this tragedy has placed on Bubba's family and friends. Your donation will not only help to fund Bubba's hospital and medical bills, you will also contribute to ensuring proper after-care as well as the timely completion of home renovations, yet in progress.
Bubba is more than a member of the McCrary's Plumbing team. He is our family. He is our brother. He is a trusted friend and a loyal companion. He is a husband and a father, a son and brother. In his most important time of need, we are so humbled and grateful for your thoughts, prayers, and support.
"Thank you" cannot express our deep appreciation for you and your contribution.
