Our dad sacrificed everything for his family. Full of compassion, he was always willing to lend a hand to those that needed it. Today he needs our help. Dad(Dassin Nkashama) urgently  needs a kidney transplant surgery, without which, the five different doctors we’ve consulted say, he’ll have less than 2 months to live.
