Our beautiful baby girl, Heaven Christiana Medina, was born December 22nd 2018. Before she was born, she was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, or Edward's syndrome, a fatal chromosome disorder that has taken the lives of too many beautiful babies and children.

Sadly, she lost her battle with the disorder. We ask for donations to help with the funeral costs to put our baby girl to rest until we can hold her again in heaven.
