HELP FOR CUSTODY OF MADDIE & MIKIE

My Name is Andrea Smith. My Daughter Kayleen and her Husband divorced over 3 years ago and our lives have been a nightmare since. My ex son inlaw is a control freak and always has been. My daughter was a take charge in control person until she met this horrible person who physically and mentally beat her down the last 10 years. Drugs became involved in both their lives and the problem escalated from there. My Grandkids Maddie and Michael ages 11 and 8 are suffering. This man kept our grandkids from us for the last 4 years to get even with Kayleen for leaving. She came back to with him after the divorce to be strictly with her kids. Our Granddaughter Maddie is not our ex son inlaw's biological daughter and has never adopted her. Michael is our Daughters and ex son inlaw's. We are in dire straits and are going after temp custodial custody of our Granddaughter Maddie until our Daughter can get a job and housing. Our ex son inlaw only has temp custody of Maddie that was up a year ago. What the heck is going on with the system. My grandkids are in a dangerous situation with this man. This man has no home, lives in weekly motel when he gets his unemployment check, pawns my grandkids off on friends and takes my grandkids to a well known meth lab and stays the night with them. Four years this man basically kept my daughter in a drug habit, feeding her drugs, so he could control her and my grandchildren. My husband Bill nd I live out of state and are on limited income, so we can only help so much, but this Christmas Holiday has been the straw that broke the camels back! Finally my Granddaughter Maddie was allowed to visit a few weeks ago for Christmas. We drove to Oregon from California nd picked up our granddaughter for a 2 weeks stay but also brought our daughter back too because our unstaple son inlaw decided to physically throw her out of the car and all her belongings. During the holiday visit my granddaughter had a meltdown and told us of lots of abuse mentally to her and physically to Kayleen for the last 4 years. The night before Maddie was to fly back home with our daughter, she refused to go and told me if we make her go back to that man, she will kill herself or run away. NOBODY in CPS or FAMILY COURTS will listen to us. I have filed reports with CPS in Clark County WA and Sac Conty CA and nobody will do anything. We even tried to file a harrasment complaint because he called us until 3 in the morning and they would not do anything! MADDIE DOES NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT MAN. When I spoke with Sac County Sheriff' and Clark County Sheriff's, I was ordered to return Maddie or they would be out to arrest me for kidnapping! My Daughter rented a car 01/03/2016 and drove up to Vancouver WA to return Maddie, even though she was begging not to go. When my daughter arrived for the exchange of Maddie,our son inlaw suddenly had a change of heart and had a letter written that he was signing over custody to Kayleen. I told everyone, lets not count our cookies yet because our ex son inlaw flips from mood to mood especially when he is high on meth! Well as usual just as they were in the car and ready to come back to California he snapped and chased my daughter down with our granddaugter and demanded Maddie back and stated he nullified the custody release. Once again he has caused turmoil in my Granddaughter's life and I am not going to let this happen anymore! We need help!! I am trying to raise funds to get temp custodial custody and then money to hire an attorney for my daughter so she can get her children back and in a safe enviroment. My precious Grandkids are unsafe and suffering mental abuse by this man and NOBODY WILL HELP US OR LISTEN TO US!. I am so afraid this will end badly and my Daughter or Granddaughter will be killed!! MY only option is to try and raise money to hire an atorney to save my Daughter and my Grandchildren before something horrible happens. Please if you can help me in this plight for temp Custodial Custody for my Grandchildren. This would be a god send if we can hire an attorney and get these kids out of the hell they are in. Please if you are able to help financially or advice, I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL!!
