A battle against cancer

Hi, I am Ivett, In October 2023, two months after moving from Mexico to Canada to pursue the dream of studying abroad, I was taken to Emergencies to be later diagnosed with metastasic renal cell carcinoma, having a total of 8 tumors. After being discharged from the hospital, the Insurance Company informed me that they would stop covering my medical expenses because it was no longer an emergency for them.

Fortunately, the hospital accepted my case, four tumors in my brain were treated with radiotherapy and now I am receiving Immunotherapy treatment every three weeks for the remaining tumors.

The cost of each treatment, the follow-up doctors' appointments, lab tests, etc. need to be paid by me, there is an amount due I owe the hospital, for that reason I am using this platform, to help me obtain the funds needed to pay off the debt I have with the hospital.
