Diana's Medical Mishap Fund

My name is Lisa.  I have a dear friend who most of you know - Diana.  Diana is a very gifted hair stylist - in fact,  she's my hair stylist!  Recently she fractured both of her feet - BOTH - don't ask how....and one of them was severe enough to require a bootie.  Her pain has been excruciating as she was refusing pain killers so she could still work - can you imagine!  What a trooper!  Anyway, things were, well kinda crummy, when they started to get worse - she tripped over her bootie and broke her collarbone!  Now she must be out of work for over a month!  Did I mention she's self-employed?  Pardon the pun, but this poor girl just can't catch a break, so I thought we could pool our funds and help her in her time of need.  When I told Diana I wanted to do this for her (thanks Dana for the suggestion) she broke down and cried - granted, she was on painkillers at the time but I still think her tears were genuine.  Do I really need to tell you what the money will be used for?  Paying the mortgage, utilities, food....you get the idea.  Who's with me?
