Jay’s Cancer Battle

Hi everyone!

I am Jay’s cousin Kim, and started this page on his behalf.

Our lovable, hardworking, and amazing Jay is in for the fight of his life at a young age of 53. He recently has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon cancer and he’s gearing up to battle this beast.

With having emergency surgery in mid February and then receiving the devastating news, he’s been unable to work. With mounting medical bills, unpaid rent, expensive medicine - Jay needs all the help he can get right now.

Jay has dedicated his life to helping others, becoming a nurse and passionately caring for others in need. His passion for caring people has now put him in the passenger seat of medical care at the moment and we need to take the wheel.

There are treatments, copays, bills, all sorts of things adding up right now, creating a stressful situation in his life and creating obstacles for him to obtain things he needs to battle this.

We are humbling asking for any bit of help at this time to assist with taking any financial burden off of Jay so he can concentrate on fighting this and with the grace of God, beating this monster. He’s ready to start this war on Wednesday - so let’s give him a fighting chance!!!!
