Help a family from Gaza rebuild safety and hope
Donation protected
I am Caroline Al-Khazandar from Gaza. My family's situation is extremely tragic; my father has a heart condition, and I have two brothers who suffer from brain atrophy. During the war on Gaza, the Israeli occupation completely destroyed our only source of livelihood. We had a children's clothing store that we established in 2022, and it was entirely demolished. We lost everything, our business and our home, and we no longer have any source of income.
Our Story
Our lives used to be so beautiful. We had a lovely home and a thriving children's clothing store, a charming boutique lovingly operated by our mother, Mama Suzan. She has been a skilled tailor for over 30 years, pouring her heart and soul into every stitch. In 2022, we took a leap of faith, investing every penny of our savings into this dream. The store was more than just a source of income; it was a beacon of our hopes and dreams for a better future for our family.
But now, those beautiful memories feel like distant, unreachable dreams. Our once vibrant and happy home has been reduced to rubble. The store, the labor of love, is gone. Our family is scattered, and we are living in constant fear and uncertainty.
My father, who suffers from heart disease, is in desperate need of his medication. But with the hospitals in ruins and no medical aid in sight due to the ongoing genocide, his condition worsens every day. We are trapped with no safe place to go, no means to escape the relentless terror that surrounds us.

Loss of Everything
But now, everything is gone. Our home is destroyed, and our beloved store lies in ruins. The devastation is so overwhelming, it feels like the ground has been ripped out from under us.

The suffering extends far beyond the loss of our possessions. We are struggling to find the basic necessities of life—essential medicines, adequate food, clean water. The ongoing conflict has severed supply chains, making it nearly impossible to obtain these vital resources. Each day is an agonizing struggle as we fight to keep our family alive amidst the chaos and uncertainty.
Our hearts are heavy with grief, our dreams turned to dust. The vibrant life we once knew has been replaced by a relentless battle for survival. The memories of our happy home and flourishing store are now haunting reminders of all we have lost.
Please, your support can help us secure these necessities and alleviate some of the unbearable burdens we face. Your kindness can bring a glimmer of hope and relief to our lives in the midst of this nightmare.
Challenges with Family
Complicating matters further, we have two brothers who suffer from mental disabilities. Their care and support require additional resources that we currently don't have access to.

The donations we receive will be allocated towards several critical objectives aimed at rebuilding our lives and providing essential support to our family:
