Hello everyone!  My name is Valentina Glines and I am 11 years old.  I am a second degree black belt in Taekwondo, which I started doing when I was 4 years old!  I love Taekwondo and it makes me happy to train and improve to compete in local, state and even national tournaments.  I have competed in both poomse and sparring with much success, but I have always wished to train for freestyle poomse, which is like competitive TKD stunts and I love it and think I can be great at it!  My dream is to some day make it to the USA Taekwondo team to represent my country in  international tournaments, and even the Olympics!!

I know it will take tons of hard work and training to achieve my Taekwondo dreams and I am ready to commit 100%, but it all comes at a cost too.  Coaching, traveling and competition fees can be a lot, and unfortunately it has gotten hard for my parents to support my ambitions, which is why I reach out to you today.  I would be extremely grateful  for whatever generosity my family and friends can offer to help me achieve my dreams, every little bit helps.  I’m forever grateful for all of the support I’ve been given through my Taekwondo adventures!
