Cosmo’s surgery

My name is Hannah and I am this sweet, silly, most wonderful kitty’s mom. At only 1 year old Cosmo has recently run into some health issues requiring very expensive treatments and surgery. On tuesday Cosmo started vomiting blood. We rushed him to the emergency vet and spent 12 hours waiting for answers. Upon doing some x rays they found a foreign body lodged vertically in his intestines and a mass located in his upper jaw causing his eye and mouth to swell. Blood work shows Hepatic lipidosis and metabolic muscle disease. This has caused our once crazy, fun, loving boy to turn into a cat I don’t recognize. Seeing him in this much pain is crushing. Today he had another appointment with some not so positive news…. SURGERY is the next step. I’ve spent my whole savings account covering the outrageous expenses at the emergency vet and radiology specialist. I feel silly asking for help but Cosmo means the world to me and I would like him to get the best care possible. Anything helps. God bless and thank you.

the conformation of a foreign body in his intestines, requires life saving surgery.

I will find whatever way i can to make sure his time on this earth is longer than 15 months and he gets to live the longest healthiest life my precious pure boy deserves.

with the confirmed diagnosis of metabolic muscle disease, liver failure, hepatic lipidosis, and damage caused by the swelling in his mouth… he will live with complications the rest of his life that require expensive vet visits and treatments. BUT he will get to live a FULL life he so desperately deserves.
