Everything is gone, please help.

In July of 2019, I lived a normal life. I had a job, a car, an apartment, and was taking care of my Mom.. Then, I had emergency spinal surgery. I woke up and no longer had the use of my legs, bowel, or bladder, along with reduced usage of my right arm. I wasn't able to return home because my elderly Mother couldn't care for me.
I've spent the last two years in therapy trying to get the use of my legs back. I've had several setbacks because of the problem with my bowels.
Since 2019, I've lost my job, my car, my apartment, my cats...lost everything.
I have no source of income to fall back on. No disability or benefits...and there are stilll bills that have to be paid.
I don't like to ask for help, but I no longer have a choice.
I'm doing everything I can to try to recover enough to return to some kind of normal life, but I need your help to keep my head above water until then...please...
