Help Brian Rebuild After House Fire

My best friend's dad, Brian, has recently had major unexpected health issues. He had a minor surgery scheduled that turned into an 8-week hospital/rehab stay along with life-long dialysis. He has struggled so much lately that it seemed like surely it couldn't get any worse.

He was finally able to get home and settled, and was even able to get someone in to update some home issues that made mobility difficult.

On August 14, 2025, his house caught fire. It started at the electrical panel, which was scheduled to be updated not even four days later. He now is looking at replacing a wall, a section of ceiling, insulation, electrical panel, flooring, and potentially even his washer and dryer. Since he doesn't have electricity currently, it's unknown if they were damaged to the point of inoperability.

Brian and his roommate are currently staying in a hotel since their home is without power, so they do have housing at the moment, but we all know that hotel living is expensive and difficult—especially for someone who has mobility issues and has to go to dialysis three times per week.
