Nickie, Ros, Dillon and Micah moved to New Zealand 2 years ago with dreams of new opportunities, new adventures and new memories. They never could have anticipated that today, they'd be sitting in a Christchurch hospital awaiting Dillon's prognosis of a brain tumor that days earlier had just been removed.

Dillon is a bright spirit, and has shown unshakable strength and determination thus far. She is already making strides after surgery and has been showing everyone what a fighter she really is, but with a long road ahead of her and her family, they could use all of the support and love we can give them.

When everything changes in an instant and life as you know it will never be the same, it's up to friends and family to help alleviate the pain.
