I am trying to raise money to help my little sister, Laura Shortridge who was diagnosed with cancer. Last Monday she went to an urgent care thinking she had bronchitis. After a chest X-ray the doctor sent her to the ER where they confirmed she had cancer. This diagnosis has blindsided our whole family emotionally and financially. Laura lives in Colorado and she will be receiving treatment at Rocky Mountain Cancer Center located just outside of Denver. She is still under my parents insurance. However, I am asking for some financial help to cover expenses not covered under the current insurance. Her oncologist has told her she will not be able to work during the 6-9 month chemo treatment. I would appreciate any financial support  you could contribute to her care.
