On December 2nd my mom stopped at the atm and then the grocery store to get a money order to pay her rent. When she arrived there was a large line at customer service so she decided to grab a few things she needed, to let the line die down. When she went to pay for her groceries her wallet was gone. Fortunately there was a nice gentlemen behind her that offered to pay for her groceries. She then went to customer service to let them know she was missing her wallet and the lady said they had one that was turned in. When she opened it her ID and debit card were still there but of course the $1200 in cash was gone. Anyone who knows my mom, knows she is the sweetest caring person in the world and is always willing to help anyone out if even if it means her going without. She is on a limited single income and to makes things worse is being garnished for a medical bill from when she was laid off that she was denied assistance for. My siblings and I are not in any position to help out with anything substantially either. I know it's the holiday season and things maybe tight but anything helps even if it's just a share.
