Not to long ago, Steve's daily routine of serving his customers was abruptly placed on hold. Despite battling diabetes, and still coming to work to serve his customers and to take care of his family, he did not complain. He persevered on through. Until they found 2 different active cancers. One in his colon, and another in his liver. Despite the treatments, and the weakness, he did not complain. He persevered on through. He just now completed his 16th chemo session. He cannot work. And yet, he does not complain, and he continues to persevere and fight. When all of us here at Tom Light Chevrolet encourage our Brother, he says so humbly, " I have two options, Give up, or Fight." "I have two Grand Babies on the way, and I will see them born, so I choose to fight." Steve lives to take care of his Family, like many of us do. He would never ask for help, or a hand out, nor has he ever. I created this because the burden that comes with being sick isn't just the sickness itself. It is also financial. There are times in which God calls us to be human beings, and to love one another the way we want to be loved. So I am reaching out to the many hearts out there to please give only what you can. Even if it is a dollar. A dollar goes a long way. Thank you so much, and may God Bless you for your giving.
