Samantha Clark living with a debilitating disease CRPS

In 2014, Samantha was simply doing her job when a workplace accident broke my arm. What should have been a straightforward recovery became the moment everything changed.
The surgery led to something far worse than anyone expected: CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) a devastating neurological condition that traps the body in a state of constant, excruciating pain. Imagine my nervous system turning against me, amplifying pain signals until even a gentle breeze feels like fire.
Samantha's daily reality. But the physical torment was only the beginning. Years of fighting for basic recognition of being doubted, delayed, and denied took my toll. I'm now also battles PTSD, anxiety, and depression, the invisible wounds of a system that made me prove my suffering over and over again.
For five years, I had zero income. Five years of surviving without a safety net while locked in battle with Workers' Compensation. It wasn't until 2022 eight years after my injury that I was finally recognised as disabled and received modest back pay, just enough to begin rebuilding a life on hold for nearly a decade.
Now I'm facing the biggest hurdle yet: securing Canada Pension disability support. The system is designed to be difficult, and after exhausting every option, I finally found a lawyer willing to fight for me. But justice has a price tag I can't meet alone: $5,000 upfront just to get my case started.
Every week, I endures IV treatments just to keep the pain manageable enough to function. The medical costs, the daily struggle, the years of lost income I has given everything I has. I simply cannot carry this final burden alone.
Your donation isn't just money. It's the key that unlocks the legal help I needs to finally move forward. It's the difference between another year of waiting and the chance to build a stable future. It's proof that I hasn't been forgotten.
Even a small contribution brings me one step closer to the justice I've been fighting for since 2014. If my story moves you, please consider sharing it as well every share is a lifeline.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for reading, for caring, and for being the reason I doesn't have to fight this last battle alone.
