Greetings Broomfield Community and Music Lovers Everywhere! The Broomfield Symphony Orchestra is looking for your help with replacing our decades-old timpani. Our current timpani were generously donated by a previous member but are reaching the end of their life. Timpani are a vital member of our Orchestra and a new set would help us continue to provide exciting musical programs to the Broomfield Colorado Community and surrounding areas!

Our donation goal is $12,000. Each timpani individually costs about $3,000 and we hope to buy four of them. Every donation will go a long way to helping us reach our goal! If you can consider a small donation to our timpani fund, we would greatly appreciate it.

About the Broomfield Symphony Orchestra, we are a small non-profit Orchestra located in Broomfield, Colorado. Founded in 1981, the Orchestra consists of about 60 passionate local area musicians. Under the direction of our Music Director David Brussel, we perform 5 concerts a season. These concerts support, not only our community, but the Orchestra also brings in guest artists and other music groups from around the Denver Metro area. The timpani purchase will represent about 1/3 of our annual operating budget, so we are hoping to offset some of that cost through the generosity of our patrons! We hope to continue our tradition of musical excellence with a new set of timpani that will last us another couple of decades!
