We are a group of Christian women who gather for Bible study each Wednesday.

One of our long-time members Linda Herron, is experiencing serious health issues . She is not walking yet, and unable to care for herself, or perform daily tasks vital for her life.

After 6 months of inpatient care in both hospital and rehab facilities, Linda’s funds ran out . She returned to her townhouse where she lives alone and has no living family. In addition Linda has never married nor had children. While Linda needs experienced caregivers to help her, her financial resources are limited. Simply put, she is unable to pay for the care she desperately needs.

Linda is a retired middle school math teacher who has been active in her church, praying for sick patients at Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center, as well as praying weekly for police officers at their precinct offices prior to the start of their shifts. She has always strived to be the hands and feet of Jesus, giving love and compassion wherever and whenever needed. As Linda’s financial resources are limited, we are appealing for financial help to supplement the expenses for her daily care. Ultimately, Linda hopes to regain her mobility and ability to live her life independently. Any help is appreciated.
