There's A New Learning Center In Town!
Greetings to all!
My name is Sherril White. For longer than a decade I've been a childcare provider in the Bedford Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn, NYC. My original home based center, Busytoes Family Daycare, has assisted dozens of local families with early education and quality care for children spanning ages 6 months-5 years. Hosting annual food drives, coat drives, and Toys for Tots events with the assistance of the United States Marine Corp has all been a part of our long term dedication to our community. However, our job isn't done.
To meet the rapidly increasing demand for early childhood education in Bedford Stuyvesant and its surrounding neighborhoods, we have expanded the commitment of Busytoes Family Daycare, opening Bedford Stuyvesant Early Childhood Learning Center. BSECLC is a learning center fit to accommodate 62 blossoming scholars. Furnishing the entire location with the top quality equipment and furniture that the students deserve is a large project. But guess what, we're almost ready to furnish half!
With your help we can finish the job! Your donation will be used to purchase tables, chairs, cubbies, floor mats, learning material, educational toys, musical instruments, you name it! BSECLC is already operating and quickly growing. We're located at 1903 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11233. If you're ever in the neighborhood, feel free to stop by and see how we're contributing to the growth of our children and how you can help propel us even further.
Our goal for this project is $12K. Please help us continue to be successful allies of the hundreds of families in need of a safe child friendly environment to nurture and educate their children. All donations are truly appreciated and will be accepted by BSECLC strictly to obtain the necessities of a safe and productive learning environment.
