A message from Joe's wife Anabel:

On Friday January 28, 2024 heaven gained an angel, but here you are missed so much, I would have liked to grow old together and see our children grow, travel the world with you and fish in every port. I would have loved to have met you 20 years earlier like you said, so we would have had more time. I don't have idea how to move forward if without you but I will try to do my best for our children. I love you and I will love you forever with all my heart! Rest in peace my beautiful love, Joe Gener.

El Viernes Enero 28,2024 el cielo gano un angel, pero aquí se te extraña tanto, me hubiese gustado envejecer juntos y ver crecer a nuestros hijos, viajar el mundo contigo y pescar en cada puerto. Me hubiese gustado conocerte 20 años antes, como tu decías para haber tenido más tiempo. No tengo ni idea de como seguir adelante sin ti pero tratare de hacer lo mejor posible por nuestros niños. Te amo y te amaré por siempre con todo mi corazon. Descansa en paz mi amor bonito Joe Gener.

On behalf of the Gener family we would like to thank you all so much for your kind words and support. During these times we are going to be finalizing the funeral arrangements and we will let you all know soon the details.

We have set up this go fund me and also a Venmo account for Anabel so everyone has a platform to send the family contributions to help during these hard times. Everything will go directly to the family during these times to assist with all aspects of life. We appreciate you for taking the time to pray for them, kind words, love and your generosity.
