Hi, my name is Tony Banks, and on October 13th, I was arrested, and accused of a crime that I didn't commit. I spent 2 weeks in jail. Due to the charge, I was in violation of probation. I had help to get a retainer for a lawyer, but I will need more money for lawyer's fees. The charge has since been dropped, but due to just receiving the charge (battery), I am still in violation. I'm currently on house arrest, so I can't go back to work, but my job is still available to me after this ordeal is over. I was told even though my charge is dropped, I have to still go through the process of getting my ankle monitor off. I am in dire need to get the money to pay my lawyer fees. I'm looking at 5 years of prison for something that I didn't do. Please help me in my time of need.
