Kicking Cancer’s butt for Alan English
Donation protected
Bowling to Beat Cancer is an annual event to raise money for the FIGHT against breast and childhood cancers. This year is very special because cancer has touched someone close to me and loved by many, many others. My best friend Tanna and I started the Pink Mamas (Avon Walk group) and helped to raise well over $100,000 for breast cancer research. Years ago her daughter Alix battled a rare cancer and now lightening has struck again...her son ALAN is undergoing chemo as he has been diagnosed with a different rare childhood cancer called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis(LCH). He has 3 tumors on his brain and one tumor on the left side of his pelvic area. The money raised at this year’s Bowling to Beat Cancer will be donated to help their family with medical expenses!! The English’s have been my best friends ever since I moved here in 1998; all four of her kids have been siblings to mine! Austin has always been the big brother to my girls, Alix and Sky have been inseparable ever since she stole her away from Aubrey English, Aubrey was Skylar’s first friend when we moved here and was very protective of Audrey when she was born, Alan was my first screaming demon child who too protected Audrey Andrews and they too began an amazing friendship! I wouldn’t have survived the last 20 years without their love and support so now I’m asking my friends to reach out and help this family!! There are so many reasons to help this family, whether you know them or not. Please consider how you can help me make this year’s event our biggest ever and bless this family as they have blessed so many before. Plus this event will be so much fun for my competitive friends who want to win this bowling event, enter to win a cruise (must be present), other amazing drawings, listen to live music, and just hang out!! Here is the link to go get your lane before they sell out! https://bowling2beatcancer.weebly.com/event-tickets.html
