A tumor has been found in Brynlee's cheek. She is the daughter of Jimmy and Cheyenne Kyzer.
Update after further testing:
Brynlee's cancer is in a large majority of the left side of her face. It is in the skull cavity, but has not spread into the brain tissue itself. While this is good news, things can always change very quickly. She will have a biopsy on 12/7 or 12/8. Depending on the results in the next few days, a treatment plan will be determined. They will likely be at the hospital for the next 2 weeks, at the least, depending on the plan for treatment.
This family is facing a long and tough road ahead, and will obviously be out of work for a while as they stay with Brynlee. Please keep this family in your prayers, and any help is greatly appreciated if you are able
Update: Bryn is in a better mood today. We're still waiting on results from the biopsy. She is still in pain and she has a constant nosebleed from where they went in for the biopsy. She is starting to drool a little bit and she isn't noticing it which is a concern. The Doctors have a strong feeling of what kind of cancer it is but still waiting on results. They plan on putting in a port on Friday (basically an IV that goes straight to her heart). Also they plan on taking a bone marrow sample on Friday as well because the cancer can be hiding in that so they want to double check. Besides that Bryn did get to see Santa today and she was very excited to see him. We just got back from the playroom and we're opening gifts now. Thank you all for sending gifts and lifting her spirits. We are very grateful to have you all in our lives. Please continue prayers. We miss you all
12/10 Update: So we got some news back about the cancer. Unfortunately it is not what we wanted to hear. They believe she has something called Ewing's Like Sarcoma. There are multiple "sub" cancers that fall within that category and we are still awaiting that. This type of cancer is a bone cancer from soft tissue which started in her jaw but has now matscisized into her lungs and possibly other places. We are trying to stay as hopeful as we can at this point but bracing ourselves for possible outcomes. She will be starting 5 different types of chemo tmrw after the Port has been placed (time tbd). This cancer is treatable but may not be curable so please please please just keep praying for us. We dont know what to do right now and just trying to keep our heads above water. We love you all......
Update 12/29: Just wanted to update everyone. We are at shawn jenkins for 5 days for Bryns second round of chemo. No new information on sub type of Ewing's sarcoma yet. With the holidays we probably wont know more til the next or following week. Please keep sending prayers our way. :)

12/11 Update: Bryn had her port put in today along with a bone marrow sample. Both went very well. We won't get results till next week on the bone marrow. She didn't have too much pain today which was great. She was very cranky obviously because she was not able to eat and the steroids. She woke up from anesthesia in a better mood than previous. We got back to the room and they performed an EKG on her heart and everything looks normal. They are going to start her first round of chemo tonight. Besides all of this Bryn did get to go down to the Atrium today and got to play doctor. She had a blast. We understand a lot of you are concerned and doing research but please stop Googling things and sending them to us. We are listening to the doctors and that's the best we can do. Thank you all for the continued prayers but definitely keep them coming for this is a long road ahead of us. We love you all and we will keep y'all updated as time goes on. Thank you all again We love y'all
12/15 Update: You're prayers are working guys please do not stop. Pet scan came back and it is nowhere else in her body besides what we already knew (cheek skull cavity and lungs) Thank you God. The treatment plan will remain the same as of now. We're still waiting on the fusion panel to determine what type of subcancer this is. Also waiting results on the bone test. Bone marrow test came back negative as well thank God. The spots in her lungs are very tiny and hopefully will go away with the chemo. Small victories are helping us keep pushing forward. We are so grateful to have you guys in our lives and praying everyday for us. First time we've had tears of joy since coming here. Besides this Bryn is doing okay. She still has her little attitude obviously steroid related but we're learning to deal with it. They are hoping to send us home late Friday afternoon fingers crossed. I want to thank you all again for your generous donations, wonderful gifts, awesome fundraisers, and all the help we've had along the way. Y'all are all truly special and we will forever be grateful. Please continue the prayers and we love you all. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU... #brynleestrong

Update 1/2/21: Somebody is excited we get to go home today. *EDIT* Just a little update: Bryn did very good with her second round of chemo. We are still waiting on the subcancer results. Hopefully we will get them next week or the following. Besides that everything is still the same. She will most likely need a blood transfusion next week but we will save that for a later update. Hopefully everybody had a great New Year's. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers for this year is going to be a long and hard one for us. Thank you all again for everything we love y'all #brynleestrong
1/12/21**Update** We got great news today. We did another MRI this morning and the tumor in Brynlee's cheek has shrunk by 40%. The area and her skull has gotten smaller as well. She did great with her third round of chemo and we are back home again. We are celebrating each small victory as they come. We are still waiting results on the subtype which fingers crossed we will get this week and that will be our next update. Thank you all for your continued prayers for her and our family. We love y'all #brynleestrong #brynleeshopehats
**UPDATE**
Best news we could ask for on Jimmy's birthday :)
1/19/20 So another small victory. Bryns cancer is ONLY Ewings sarcoma. No subtype. I got the call this morning. Which means the treatment plan weve been doing is the right one! With it already matasisized the 5 year overall survival rate is 30%..but this is best scenario we could be in... some of the subtypes could have lessened that to 10% or less. So again this is another small victory in bryns recovery. :)
I will update the story and charity below as soon as often as i can if anyone wants a personal update please contact me through FB messenger and i will do what i can to answer or help.
