My name is Bryce. I am 16 years old, and this is my fundraiser for World Youth day 2023!

I joined a youth group (YFC, Youth for christ) in year 7 where I deepened my connection with Christ and understood what it means to be a young Catholic.

I enjoy serving God and my community as a leader, a musician at Mass, and, most importantly, evangelizing to other young people to connect with God. I experience his love through service and the people I meet.

God continues to provide me with opportunities to serve him, to which I say YES! There is nothing I desire more than the opportunity to answer his call to grow and strengthen my faith through this once-in-a-lifetime experience. I want to see the face of God through young people across the world that wish to serve him as I do.

Just like Mary arose and left with haste, all young Catholics are called to take haste in their faith, to not walk to God’s call but to run.

With your help and generous donations, I will be one step closer to running to God’s call to grow deeper in my faith by taking haste with all the young Catholics of today.

What is World Youth Day?

World Youth Day (WYD) is the gathering of young people from all over the world with the Pope. It is also a pilgrimage, a celebration of youth, an expression of the universal Church and an intense moment of evangelization for the youth world. Although its Catholic identity is clearly evident, WYD opens its doors to everyone, no matter how close to or distant from the Church they are.
