Bryan’s Broken Bones

On February 1st, my brother Bryan was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident. His injuries were extensive, the most harrowing being a severe fracture to his tibia and fibula which broke through the skin of his left leg, requiring a rod and plates as well as skin grafts in order to set them well for healing. His right knee and fibula needed surgical repair at the connecting junction and he suffered a broken pelvis as well. His deep bruises and road rash are secondary but were still severe. 

Needless to say, we are grateful to have him in our lives today, so many families are not as lucky when their loved one experiences an accident on their motorcycle. We are beyond blessed when it comes to our access to modern medicines and the miraculous procedures to repair his broken body. But all of these miracles came with a cost, and the bills are now starting to accumulate, and he hasn’t even entered a rehabilitation facility yet. We are asking our friends and family to come together in helping Bryan and his family cope with the overwhelming price tag attached to his accident.
